MVP goes do Brazil
Fun, action and a lot of passion characterized the social soccer games at Taxqueña once more. At yesterday’s Fut7 games 19 soccer fanatics from England, Canada, El Salvador, Belgium, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, France, United States and Colombia played for two hours in the burning sun.
The group was happy to play at the newly renovated pitch at Taxqueña Arena. The pitch finally has a net surrounding the whole field, which saves the players from having to run onto the street every now and then when Jakes takes his shots…
BIG BOY COMING
This time the players could enjoy playing soccer to its fullest because we had for the first time in a long time two goal keepers. Both goal keepers did a very good job helping their changing teams a lot. The other players whose performance stood out was Belgium Pavel, Franch Paul, English Jake, and Defenders Danilo and Wen from Brazil and Mexico.
One of the most active players was right back Danny, who expressively announced his runs on the right wing with BIG BOY COMING. His threatening runs caused several problems for the opponent’s defense.
For his calm and very organized playing style Brazilian defender Danilo got the MVP award this time. Congratulations Danilo!
